Returns and Complaints

Craftatoz has a very flexible return policy for the convenience of its clients. The following return policy is applicable for all the products sold on Craftatoz.

  • An item or product is only applicable for return within the stipulated time, if it meets any one fo the below mentioned conditions:

o    Product delivered is damaged

o    Product varies completely from what has been ordered

o    Parts are missing from the package

Please note that products that are marked ‘non-refundable’ cannot be returned to Craftatoz. Such products are known as non-refundable items.

  • Only items certified by Craftatoz will be replaced by the company. Products that are not certified by Craftatoz are not eligible for replacement
  • Some products cannot be returned just because you may no longer need them
  • In case of any electronic device, all personal information should be removed before returning it to the company. Craftatoz is not legally liable for any misuse of such information in any manner.

How to get refund at Craftatoz ?

Refunds back to Debit Cards, Credit Cards or Net banking accounts are usually sent within 3-5 working days after Craftatoz receives the claim. Cheque returns take 10-12 days, while Gift cad refunds take just 1 day.
